If something is wrong with your product or you just don’t like it, no worries! The monkey has you covered. Here are a few rules to make it a smooth process.

Returns

We will accept returns for any reason, as long as they are in the new, original and unopened packaging. All you need to do is fill out the return form and make sure to select the type of refund you would like- credit card, online store credit, Paypal, or donation. (we love those!) From the order date, we are giving you a full 20 days to make the return- after that, we cannot accept it. (i mean, that’s a long time) if the return is due to an error on our part (damaged or incorrect), we will gladly refund you the full amount, including shipping.

Exchanges

If in the case of a damaged or incorrect order you would like an exchange, we will ship out a new one. Please send us a photo of the damaged package so we can make the claim. As with a return, we will accept exchanges for any reason, as long as they are in the new, original and unopened packaging. We will give you the same time- 20 full days to send back your exchange. Please allow up to 3-5 days to process and send out your new product. We will give you options on shipping to make it the most cost effective.

Shipping

Just a few quick things. We will ship your items for free to anywhere in the United States. At this time, we do not accept international order, but are working on it. After you place an order with us, we will try to ship your items out right away but it can take 1-2 days to process. If you’re is over $250, a signature is required for your protection.
